Stacy Engelsman,

Stacy joined The Arc of Allegan County in July of 2017.   She has 15+ years experience working for a local non-profit providing supports to adults and children with developmental disabilities.  Stacy served in several leadership roles and is interested in increasing the number of social and recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities within Allegan County.  

Stacy enjoys spending time with her family while camping.  She also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes out on family and friends. 

Teresa Creech,
Operations and Office Assistant

Teresa and her husband, Bill have always lived in Allegan. They have two adult children,
Ben and Charlotte (Charlie). Ben attends GRCC and works in electronics and Charlie is
a graduate of GVSU and works in Wayland. Teresa has always had a soft spot for
helping people. She has been a hairstylist for over 30 years and really enjoys helping
improve the lives of others.


Teresa likes to read, bake, watch auto racing and spend time with family as much as
possible. Teresa is excited for the opening of the Beyond Bones store as the
participants sell “treats with a bigger purpose”.

Paula has 27 years’ experience working with special needs students, families, and teachers in a variety of West Michigan school systems. She believes that understanding students’ individual strengths and challenges is essential in discovering the best way for each to thrive. She is excited to help families maneuver the often complicated world of special education.

Paula enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Paula Koster,
Educational Advocate

Ally has over 14 years of experience working with children, families, and teachers in Chicago Public Schools.  Ally believes that all children must have authentic relationships with teachers and a sense of safety in their environment in order to thrive in their school community and be ready for learning. 

 

Ally recently moved home to be close to family, and spends her time raising her daughter, cooking and gardening with her husband.

Lisa Roussin, Beyond Bones Business Manager

Lisa is very excited to be joining Beyond Bones as the new business manager.  She lives in Kalamazoo with her husband, two daughters and newly adopted puppy, Georgia!  Lisa graduated from Michigan State University (Go Green) with a degree in Family and Community Services.  For most of her career, she has worked in the field of early education and special education.  Lisa is thankful to  be a part of Beyond Bones and is excited to spread the word about our treats with a bigger purpose!
